Strikeinetics Certification Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 24, 2025

By registering for the Strikeinetics Certification 3-Day Intensive (“Certification” or “Event”), you (“Participant,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following Terms of Service with Strikeinetics (“Strikeinetics,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

1. Eligibility & Assumption of Risk

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and in good physical health to attend this live training event. By signing up, you affirm that you have no medical conditions that would prevent your safe participation in a fitness certification. You acknowledge that fitness training can involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

You agree to consult with a physician before participating in any new fitness program.

2. Program Overview

This Certification is a 3-day live, in-person training focused on fitness instruction, striking technique, and coaching skills. It is not a combat or sparring course. No contact fighting or sparring will occur. The Certification includes instructional sessions, practical coaching exercises, and a final assessment.

3. Certification Requirements

Participants must attend the full 3-day event and successfully complete both the written and practical assessments in order to receive a Strikeinetics Certification. Completion does not guarantee employment.

4. Payment Terms

Your registration fee includes:

- Access to the full 3-day live training

- One-year Strikeinetics certification

- Strikeinetics Network access

- A pair of boxing gloves and hand wraps

Early-bird pricing and limited-time discounts are only valid through the posted expiration dates. All payments are final unless stated otherwise under our Guarantee (see Section 6). We accept major credit cards via secure checkout.

5. Cancellation & Transfers

Due to limited availability, your registration holds one of a finite number of spots.

As such:

Cancellations: All sales are final. However, if you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future event within 12 months of the original Certification date, subject to availability and written approval.Transfers: Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the event start date. You may also transfer your spot to another qualified individual with written notice.

6. Strikeinetics Ironclad Guarantee

If you attend Day 1 and are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund before the start of Day 2.

To qualify:

You must notify a staff member in person before the end of Day 1.We will refund 100% of your payment and provide $500 towards your travel and accommodations.

No refunds will be issued after Day 1.

We do not offer refunds for no-shows or partial attendance.

7. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event, behaves inappropriately, or jeopardizes the safety or experience of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, class formats, trademarks, and Strikeinetics methods are the intellectual property of Strikeinetics. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the Strikeinetics name and methods solely for teaching clients and marketing your personal services. You may not resell, repackage, or teach Strikeinetics material to other trainers or as part of a certification without express written permission.

9. Media Release

By participating, you agree that photos, video, or audio taken during the event may be used by Strikeinetics for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify our team in writing before the event.

10. Disclaimer of Results

Strikeinetics provides education, fitness training, and business strategies. Individual results may vary and depend on your effort, location, experience, and market demand. We make no guarantee of income, client acquisition, or business success.

11. Limitation of Liability

Strikeinetics is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation in the Certification, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or third-party services. You release Strikeinetics and its founders, partners, and instructors from all liability related to your participation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.
